2Strategy Call

Once we've reviewed your questionnaire, we'll schedule a 60-minute strategy call. This is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll align on direction, discuss your preferences, and map out the project together.

Timeline: Scheduled within 1 week of questionnaire completion

3Design & Build Phase

This is where the magic happens. We'll create your brand identity (if included), build your website, and set up your lead capture — all while keeping you in the loop with Loom walkthroughs and check-ins.

Timeline: 3–8 weeks depending on your package

4Review & Revisions

You'll get a full walkthrough of everything we've built. This is your chance to give feedback, request changes, and make sure every detail feels right. We include revision rounds in every package — this is a collaboration, not a handoff.

Timeline: 1 week for review and revisions

5Launch Day

We handle everything — domain connection, final testing, mobile checks, SEO setup. You'll get training tutorials so you feel confident managing your site. And we stick around for 14 days post-launch to handle anything that comes up.

Timeline: Launch + 14-day support window
